I have a vision for 3rd Space Bucharest that I don't have time for. Not the events. Events I've got.
I mean the whole thing. A media company, podcast, newsletter, Instagram, TikTok, and a YouTube channel next year. This is a learning community where founders, creatives and marketers in Bucharest actually get better at something, together. It's the place you go in this city when you want to grow, professionally and socially.
Here's the math problem. I'm a dad to two young kids. Being present for them isn't a value I put on a slide. It's homework, and sports, and being in the room. That's priority number one and it isn't moving.
I also work full time. And I'd like to be good at that job. So when exactly do I build a media company?
For a long time the answer was: I don't. I just carried the vision around and felt vaguely guilty about it.
What changed is almost embarrassingly simple. For example, most of my podcast production is now automated. This includes researching the guest, drafting the questions, writing the episode description, making the cover art, sending the prep email, and drafting the social posts.
I still do the part that actually matters — the conversation.

I'm not telling you this because I'm impressed by the technology. I'm telling you because I spent months watching YouTube videos trying to piece it together alone. I would have gotten further in one hour sitting next to someone who already knew how.
For me, that person is Ana Toniuc. Ana has spent 15 years in marketing and advertising, and has built AI products, agents and automations across multiple industries. Today she's Head of AI & Digital Transformation at one of Romania's biggest food companies. She's also building an education platform for kids, and teaching people and companies how to use AI in their work.
But that's not why we asked her to lead this. We asked her because she actually builds with AI. Her philosophy is simple: less theory, more building things you'll actually use.
Which is why we're launching the 3rd Space Bucharest AI Circle in person and online. It's somewhere to build these skills next to people who are also trying to build something.
