The Art of Stealing AI Workflows

The Art of Stealing AI Workflows

"Good artists copy. Great artists steal." Picasso said that about painting. I think it applies to AI even more.

There's a whole industry right now telling you that you need to learn everything. Claude Code. Claude Design. The 40-hour course. The prompt engineering certification.

Sure, learn the basics of how it works. But most people don't have an AI knowledge problem. They have a starting problem.

The Real Problem

They know they want AI to do something useful, but they just have no idea where to begin.

So they Google it.

  • How do I use Claude to build a website?
  • How do I use it to make a podcast?
  • How do I research 100 companies and get it all into one database?

Then comes the part nobody posts about: 17 different prompts, two hours gone, and a browser with 30 tabs open. Eventually you close the laptop and go back to doing it the old way.

The Smarter Question

Here's the smarter version of that question: "Here's what I want to accomplish. Show me how someone else already did it."

Think of it like a recipe. You don't reinvent carbonara. You start from someone's proven version and adjust it to your kitchen.

Same with an AI workflow:

  • Less setup time: the steps are already mapped out
  • Fewer mistakes: you're not forgetting a step you didn't know existed
  • More consistency: once it works, you just run it again
  • Easier scaling: build it once, adapt it for the next project

Learning Together

This is one of the things I'm really excited about with the 3rd Space AI Circle we're launching.

The best workflows won't be the ones any single member creates. They'll be the ones you discover from everyone else in the room.

Someone figures out how to automate their monthly reporting. Someone else cracks competitor and pricing research. Another person builds a content workflow that actually holds up. Another builds an AI assistant that hands them back 5 hours a month.

You see what they built. You borrow it, tweak it, make it yours.

The Workflow Library

That's the idea behind the AI workflow library we'll build inside the 3rd Space AI Circle. You're not just learning how to use Claude. You're learning from everybody in the room.

So the next time you think "I wonder if Claude could do this..." You might not have to wonder. There may already be an AI workflow card for that.

Final Thoughts

You don't need to learn every AI trick. You just need to learn how to steal the good ones.

The fastest way to get results with AI isn't mastering every tool. It's finding someone who already solved your problem and adapting their approach.
